The hotel was a great value for money, providing comfortable rooms at an affordable price. The beds were comfortable and the room had all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail with the provision of sealed bottles of water and coffee/tea/sugar in the room. The TV had a good selection of Indian and English channels, allowing us to relax and enjoy our downtime. The location of the hotel by the riverside was beautiful, offering a lovely view and a peaceful atmosphere. We were also pleased to find that there were other nearby restaurants, including an authentic Kerala style restaurant just ahead of the hotel. This made it convenient for us to explore different dining options during our stay. The service provided by the staff at this hotel was generally good, though it did show some signs of being understaffed during busy periods. However, the saving grace was that all the food served in the restaurant was freshly prepared and delicious. The breakfast buffet, although a bit on the expensive side, offered a decent selection of items and we had no complaints about the taste of the food.
All was satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located near major industries and business centers and offers great views of the National Waterway. The rooms were well-equipped with amenities such as tea/coffee maker and a good air conditioning system. The great wifi and spectacular waterfront restaurant were delightful.
The hotel did not accept credit cards as advertised in the voucher, and we had to go on a frustrating search to find an ATM. The breakfast was limited, with dry bread and a few condiments. The waiting time for meals was too long.

There were some misunderstandings and errors in the charges, which took some time to be resolved. It caused a bit of inconvenience during our stay.
